RETURN POLICY:

  1. All returned items undergo a quality check before processing refunds or replacements.
  2. Items must be undamaged and returned in the condition they were delivered, with tags intact.
  3. Item damaged due to negligence or improper use is not eligible for return.
  4. A Return Form with a legible Return ID must accompany the returned item(s).
  5. Special rules for promotional offers may override this Return Policy.
  6. While we aim to provide a reverse pick-up service, please note that it may not be available for remote locations. In such cases, you can return the product by generating a Return ID, and we’ll process the refund upon receipt and quality check.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. All items must be returned in their new and original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  3. If the product has a defect or you receive the wrong item, contact us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. You may exchange unused, unwashed, and unaltered items within 7 days of purchase.
  2. The original receipt must accompany exchange requests.
  3. If an item’s price has been reduced due to a sale promotion, exchanges will be processed at the new marked-down price.
  4. Claims for repairs must be made within 21 days from the date of purchase.
  5. Misused items are not eligible for exchange.
  6. Claims regarding faulty or incorrect items received must be lodged within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
  7. A bag purchased during promotional offer periods is not eligible for exchange.
  8. Otherwise, all bags are exchangeable.

IMPORTANT!

  1. Returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days from the date of purchase, barring any customs-related delays for returns from outside our region.
  2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for discounted items.
  3. If your final purchase amount falls below the free shipping threshold after returning a product, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  1. Please note that shipping/courier charges are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the shipping charges incurred during your purchase will be deducted from your refund amount.
  2. We strive to process your order promptly. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.
  3. We currently deliver within Pakistan and aim to reach you wherever you are in the country.
  4. Please be aware that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
  5. If you need to return an item, use a courier service of your choice to send it back to the address provided by our customer care team.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At Duffle Bag, we’re dedicated to serving our valued customers within Pakistan only. However, please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping.¬†

ORDER CANCELLATION:

At Duffle Bag, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here’s what you need to know:

Online Order Cancellations: You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it is processed. We want you to have a smooth shopping experience, and we’re here to assist you.

Cancellation Confirmation: Once your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation via email to acknowledge the cancellation.

Order Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which includes tracking information. In such cases, our ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.

Please note that Duffle Bag reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.
